Outstanding!! An electrician came the same day that I called, and finished by the next day. All items were fixed or installed as requested. The electrician was professional, neat, on-time, and did high quality work. He communicated with me as work was being done to clarify any questions or concerns. At the end, a detailed receipt invoice and narrative of what was done was given to me. The open grounds in the bedroom were a serious safety issue, apparently caused by a DIY'er or other improperly trained electrician, and I feel much safer knowing that a competent electrician has remedied this situation. I had a quote from another electrician with an A rating on Angie's list, and Twin City Electric saved me money over the other one. Furthermore, the other electrician would have needed 2-4 weeks to get me on their schedule. I am very impressed with Twin City Electric!!

They were very good. They came out and they were very punctual and they did a good job. I think their price was reasonable.

They wanted to come out the same day I called to schedule the appointment but it didn't work with my schedule that day. They came out the next day during the time frame they stated when making appointment. Called first to let me know they were on their way. They were professional and worked quickly to fix the problem. While here, we had them look in the basement so we could get an estimate for adding a few outlets to our unfinished basement. We were supposed to get a call or e-mail with the estimate but never got it. I called once and they were very apologetic and stated they had been very busy but would get the estimate out to us. Our appointment was 11/26/13 and as of today, 1/6/14, I have yet to get the estimate. That is why I gave them an overall rating of a C.

I asked to look at a bathroom fan. He found the problem and got the fan functioning again. He informed me that the fan was old and would break down again. He showed me what part I would need to get and how to replace it so I would not have to pay to have him come out and get the part and replace it himself. I appreciated him showing me this so I would avoid that cost.

They were willing fix and modify an existing expensive fan in our livingroom, they conducted the proper tests to find out what needed
fixing. The company that came in before Twin City were insisting that the whole fan must be replaced, so Twin City Electric saved us a lot of money through their patience, and running all the proper tests to figure out what was wrong with the fixture. I am very pleased with their quality of work.

Both estimates were way high and had other contractors supply. However, on the plus side, they filled my A/C unit with coolant with no obligation other than to consider their bid. That was a very nice touch and would have cost over $300 to have done and it kept the system going until it was replaced. I strongly considered their bid, but it was over 30% higher than competing bids for similar unit.

Fast, efficient, courteous, and competively priced.

Upon our annual preventative maintenance, it was discovered that our air conditioner unit was not performing and we would need a new unit. We had a new furnace installed by Twin City Electric in the Fall of 2011. We are very pleased with the service we received with Twin City Electric and would recommend them very highly.

We have used them before for small electrical things and we were pleased with their work. They do residential and commercial work. They also do HVAC work. The experience was very good. Their price was reasonable for what they did.
