I'm not completely sure of the cost. My husband paid the bill. We used their services for a period of several years. The first two we were quite satisfied with all aspects of the service. The third year they became less reliable, detailed and responsive. The fourth year my husband withheld payment because he was so dissatisfied with the service. Eventually made the payments, but it took a lot of phone calls as they would not return his. Their ratings are C's because the did start out very well, but by the end were D's or F's.
