I was told I would get an estimate on Saturday. I texted him on Sunday-nothing. Never heard a word from him again.

They did and excellent job, did everything we ask and we very professional. They showed up within 30 minutes of when we called.

While we had Tippecanoe Drywallers at our house finishing up a previous job, I asked the owner if he could recommend anyone to put up a fence and it just so happened that he did fencing as well. It's not his main source of work, but he enjoyed the change from inside to outside. So he walked the back yard and he listened to our concerns about privacy and security and that we needed to keep two rambunctious dogs contained but we wanted the fence to look good and add value to the property. He said he would do a materials cost estimate and figure in the labor and get back with us soon. He contacted us with a quote, which we accepted. They took care of calling the utility companies and got the yard marked. Once that was done we were called and told they were ready to start work. The process went very smooth and once the posts were set it went rather quickly. We called about one board that was not secured and they had it fixed the next day. Neighbors were interested in the fence and were coming over to look as it progressed. The yard was pretty uneven but they did a good job back filling low spots. The guys that he had helping him on both jobs are very friendly and personable. We came in right on budget on both jobs and we were happy that the fence went up so quick despite a few snags with the weather. The fence looks great and will for a long time to come.

.The owner, Lonnie May, called me 30 minutes after getting my email, which was impressive because we've called other companies about doing work on this home and couldn't even get a return call. He said he was out running errands and wanted to know if we could meet him that day. It was a Sunday. Another pleasant surprise. So, he came over to the house and I showed him the trouble rooms and told him what we wanted. He saw a few other areas that needed attention (like the ceiling) and said he could fix it as well. We had tried doing the bathroom drywall and I think the perfectionist in him couldn't handle what he saw and said that he would go in and "straighten that out" for us. Trust me, It needed it! The original walls in the other two rooms were plaster and we didn't want the mess or expense of tearing them out so he told me a few options that we had. We decided in the interest of time and money, we would drywall over the plaster. Lonnie wrote an estimate that day and told me to give him a call when we were ready to start. We called him later that day and within a few days he had his crew over there starting the job. We were in a hurry to get the tenant moved in so he squeezed us in between other jobs. With in a week we had new beautiful walls and a matching stippled ceiling. He kept in constant contact with us through the whole process and was VERY prompt in returning our calls. Tippecanoe Dry walls motto is "Building trust through quality". They have our trust and we are hiring him to do some outside work for us :) VERY satisfied with the quality and price and will call them in the future!!
