The service was great. The TV was a large one so we had 2 house calls. The part had to come from China so the wait from the part was the longest. We were informed of that ahead of time. Very pleased with the service.

Very prompt and responsive. Answered all my questions. Got my stereo fixed in a day or so. Very knowledgeable. I let him know I was still having trouble when I got it home and he fixed it right away, no charge.

I called in the morning and left a voicemail. Jeff returned my call promptly and arrange to come to the house that afternoon. He fixed the TV, reconnected all the electronics, and cleaned up his work area. Jeff was nice and professional. I would call him again.

The owner was prompt and was very knowldgeable about tv repair. He even came back 3 days earlier than expected when a part ordered came in quicker than he thought.
