Was prompt and polite. May have been able to save a few dollars, but felt like we got a high quality repair.
Would definitely recommend.

Well, we hadn't heard anything about Summers and were therefore somewhat nervous about the company, which had been selected by the previous homeowner (who was, in the end, paying for the roof). It did take a while to and quot;schedule inand quot; the roof completion with Summers. However, the experience was quite positive.
- First off, the general manager did a nice, clear job explaining the utility of ridge vents vs. box vents. The ridge vents added some extra cost but appear to have paid off; the summer a/c bill for the house was lower than expected.
- Second, the office (which is a little hard to locate) had a number of roofing options on display, which I appreciated, and the staff person was friendly and helpful.
- In terms of scheduling, I found the company to be quite understanding of a special circumstance (an event being held at our house shortly after the completion date).
- In terms of performing the work, I was impressed by the professionalism of the crew and the speed and efficiency of their work. They did not appear to be and quot;low-endand quot; hires by any means. The roof was installed with minimal disruption to life at the house.
- The final product is smooth and attractive; our neighbors were also favorably impressed.
- One minor complaint is that a certain amount of roof material wound up in the gutters, as we discovered when it came time for fall cleaning. I would have hoped they might have taken pains to clean up those areas before leaving.
On balance, this is a fairly small company but the people we dealt with seemed knowledgeable and on the ball.
