Siding - Work was done quickly. I found a few screws in the lawn afterwards but fewer than I actually expected having seen others who've had similar work and they had more left. I have no issues with the workmanship nor results. Looks great. (In other words an excellent job.) Deck replacement - Old decks (front and back) removed, new posts put in place and framed quickly. New composite put in. We've had several of the boards 'split' where the vinyl cracked. (Plastic being worked on outdoors in December - A bit too brittle. I do not blame his crew for boards cracking.) We've agreed that he'll come back in the spring and replace the split pieces. Deck 'roof' - This was a vague idea that we wanted to make the deck more usable. His understanding of the design and crews implementation met and exceeded expectation. Window replacement - Work was done quickly. The original window was starting to dry rot and needed replacement. New vinyl window matches the rest of the house. Inside work done cleanly with little mess. Outside properly trimmed. (In other words an excellent job.)
