STALL & KESSLER'S DIAMOND CTR

I am never disappointed with the work of John Stall and the entire staff at Stall & Kesslers! The staff is extremely professional and helpful. They were able to answer all kinds of questions on a variety of jewelry types from various eras with a sundry of repairs needed. They were extremely prompt - had an entire vintage set (earrings, choker, broach, and bracelet) completely cleaned, repaired, and even converted clip on earrings to pierced with a 48 hour turn around so that I could wear them to an event. All repairs have held up very well on bracelets and necklaces, and my pearls were restrung in a superior quality than they were when I took them in. In 2005, when our ordered wedding band/engagement set didn't seem to fit, Mr. Stall crafted one to match my engagement ring at no additional cost. I was called in to try on and critique a wax mock-up and the final product was superior in quality and design to the original. And the communication with the customer has always been perfect. If this isn't enough to make a lady's day - they have single stem roses, individually wrapped in tissue paper with a water supply, that they hand to each exiting customer. It's hard to leave there without feeling like you were very well taken care of.
