Safe Home Energy LLC. is more than just a name, Norman Ellis union certified electrician of over ten years, electrician for over twenty six years, Indiana State licensed home inspector, I founded Safe Home Energy LLC. researching Federal Emergency Management Agancy (FEMA), United States Fire Administration (USFA) National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)for causes to electrical fires and accidents in the residential region for over three years,(the united states averages 38 electrical house fires an hour and are the deadliest type of residential fire by average) I traced out locations, types of circuitry, types of materials and installation of the home's electrical service. With this research I developed the Electrical Environment Evaluation program. You might ask why do this? After so many years working in the electrical trade, meeting families buying homes off the housing market working service calls for years I have seen too many electrical hazards on a daily basis missed by the basic home inspection. Electrical service calls done by untrained so called electricians that never find the cause to electrical problems just to have the home owner paying for a bad job or pay for another service call within a couple years.
