I felt the man was aloof and not concerned. He just didn't seem to be helpful. They ended up reigniting it. We paid $100 because it was through our home warranty.

We were assigned through our home warranty company to address our broken water softener. He was quick to diagnosed the problem but 3 weeks later I had not heard from him. I contacted my warranty company and learned that he had not filed the service request yet. After that phone call he replaced our softener within a week. He seems nice but claims to be overworked.
