I called ahead for a quote and was shocked the day I picked up my car because the bill was $30 LESS than the quote!  We have used them several times and have always been very satisfied.  They are an honest shop with great prices and we've never had a problem getting in quickly.

Robinson Tire and Auto Service has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service.  The repairs needed precluded me from driving my vehicle home and being new to the area, I don't yet have a network of family and friends to catch a ride from in this circumstance.  Not only did they fix our truck and at a very reasonable price, they made sure I had a way to get home and back - 25 miles each way.  They then had it fixed 3 days sooner than expected.  I was and am truly at a loss for words to describe my amazement at this level of customer service in this day and age.  My hat is off to these gentlemen and they can be assured of all my future vehicle repair and maintenance service.

From the very beginning the staff at Robinson's Tire were professional and courteous. We were provided with not only an estimate but information and an estimate if there were issues that became troublesome once the job was started. They did have to do one additional item from the "worst case possible" list but phoned us first to get authorization to proceed with the service and to verify the additional cost incurred. They also were very accurate on the estimated time for the repair.
Overall, if you need work done on your vehicle, I would highly recommend getting an estimate (at the very least) from Robinsons. We have not had a more satisfying experience with automotive repair companies than we did with Robinsons.

I highly recommend Robinson's Tire. He does oil changes. He takes care of your car except the motor. I think he is an honest person and I've never had any problems with him. I trust him and he has always done a good job. He's polite and nice even his crew is. I like him. I haven't had any trouble with anything that he's ever done.

Another company, with whom I've been a faithful customer since I moved to Lafayette, Indiana two years ago, quoted me more than $4000 dollars for four new wheels and tires. I asked for inexpensive wheels and tires for a twelve year old, pre owned auto. At Robinson tire and auto, after making the same request, I paid less than 1/4th that price. I wish I could show you a picture of the wheels. When my son parks his new Toyota Highlander next to the Lexus, I promise you the wheels look almost identical. They are beautiful!!!
This is a family owned and operated business that is absolutely trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with. When you visit Robinson Tire and Auto, you will meet John Sr. and/or John Jr. Both are very nice people. You will not be disappointed.

They are excellent. They are honest and trustworthy.

Very good experience... there have been many times they have checked our vehicles and not tried to add or find things to repair just to benefit them.

They recommended a great replacement tire for my 2008 Enclave and sold to me at the best price that I found in Lafayette.  I have been very pleased with the performance of the tires as well as their follow-up service.

I always feel I'm being treated fairly and honestly at this location so that is why I returned when I wanted new tires. If there is one thing negative I would say, it is that their waiting area isn't very comfortable and perhaps also not woman friendly (no magazines of interest). The chairs are not very comfortable to sit in for long periods when waiting for service. But those are minor complaints and what matters most to me is their excellent service and their professionalism.

I have been taking my cars to Robinson's for years.  They do a great job.  On time and very competitive price wise.  They do not try to add extras to the ticket like other car repair companies often do.  I highly recommend Robinson Tire.

My appointment time was kept,  clean waiting room,   very friendly staff.
