The dishwasher didn't really fit in the corner of our outdated kitchen. Reece's worked and was able to get it installed by slightly angling it and other adjustments. When the circuit board went out about a year later, they replaced it without a charge. The board went out again just after the warranty and they also replaced it without a charge since this was the 2nd time. We haven't had any trouble since. It works great!

Reece's is located in a convenient area. The store has lots of Maytag products and is clean and organized. They are very knowledgable and priced very fair as I had checked around. They also provide repair services and parts.
I bought a front load washer and electric dryer. It arrived at my home 4 days after purchase at the appointed time and was installed in less than an hour. Again the installer answered any questions and provided me with a quick explanation of operation. He was very nice and professional.
I have had no issues with either product and I am confident that if I do all I need to do is call Reese's to get prompt attention.

I have a VERY OLD refrigerator, yes, the hubby's beer frig, that wasn't keeping a constant cool temperature. I needed a minimal repair or a junk it decision. Rob from Reece's came the next day after the call to take a look. He was perfectly comfortable with my two parameters. He found the problem within 10 minutes but it was outside of his area of expertise - a motor lubricant leak which may be mixing with the coolant. He made arrangements to send out their specialist and did not charge me the service charge as he said he hadn't been able to help me. He said there was a real possibility that the frig was done for and hoped I would purchase a new frig from Reece's. Within an hour he called back saying their specialist was on leave and he gave me the number of another firm in town who would also have the knowledge to diagnose the problem. I called that firm and they said over the phone the frig was a goner; they wouldn't even come take a look. I called Rob with this info and he said he was sorry I was treated that way but had suspected "dead frig" may be the case. He just wanted to make absolutely sure which is why he suggested a specialist in the first place. Still no charge from Reece's. I eventually purchased a nearly new frig from Craig's List. I am however, sending an unsolicited check for the service call, $52, to Reece's. They deserve that and more for their honesty and ethical practices. They will always be my first call for repair and my first stop whenever I purchase new. How rare to find a business with such "old school" values.

The owner came out, was honest, and inidcated it was a model defect, cheaper to replace than repair.

Great. He came out once to do some tests. Told us how much it would cost and that we might be better off getting a new dishwasher. He came back a couple days later with the new pump and installed it. He was on time - when we were the last appointment of the day - and very courteous (wiping his feet, mopping up the water that dripped from the old pump). We were very pleased and would be happy to do business with this company in the future.

We were getting rust-colored streaks on our clothes and thought they were coming from the dryer. The repairman, Rob, came on time and once he looked under the lid of the dryer he knew how to fix the problem. He just didn't have the right part. He called their parts supplier to confirm they had the needed part, and they sent it overnight. Rob initially said he could come back in two days. But 15 minutes after he left the house, he called to say he would come early the next day before he started a 3-county road trip. The next morning he arrived on time despite a huge thunderstorm, and replaced the part within 30 minutes. He even took time to clean up after himself. We were very impressed by his professionalism and skill, and won't hesitate to use him again.

I found water under the washer and called Reece's. I called them because they had worked on a range a year earlier and I had been very satisfied with their work. The repairman checked the washer for possible causes and found nothing wrong with the appliance. He determined that the drain hose connecting the washer to the house drain needed securing and we have not had water problems since.
