We had 3 different cleaners from Pink Ladies. The first was amazing and efficient - the other two were nice and professional but did not do a good job cleaning. Every time they cleaned the price changed based on time of the cleaner, so the slower cleaners who did less cost more money than the efficient cleaner. I always left a check and then had to follow up with 2-3 emails with their billing person to indicate I already paid. It was a lot of hassle so we decided not to use them anymore.

What the cleaner managed to cover was done well, though the place was so dirty it probably could have used another day.

After having a water softerner installed and then new faucets installed in the bathrooms and kitchens, we wanted the bathrooms and kitchen sink cleaned as they were horribly stained and built up with hard water deposites. All three bathrooms and the kitchen sink were cleaned quickly and perfectly and i was given a discount on my final invoice because it didnt take as long as they had initially estimated.

They cleaned my entire house and even offered suggestions for how to better organized somethings for easier assessibility. They added storage racks to my pantry and even cleaned the inside of the fridge. A bit pricey for the initial cleaning, but I would hire them again.
