called the 24/7 emergency service line and Chris called back within 10 min.. gave me a final estimate over the phone and we got the appt scheduled.. Chris was at my doorstep in less than 1 hour... very knowledgeable about the scope of work and completed the task at hand within 30 mins. Chris also suggested some good operating and maintenance practices for the garage door mechanism. would surely recommend Mulhaupt's as provider of choice when it comes to garage doors. they were not only lower cost, but super responsive in a time of great need.

The technician was very nice.  He listened carefully when we told him the problem.  He quickly made the repairs.  This was the first time we had used the Over Head Door service.  We were happy to see that they were a part of Mulhaupts Inc.  Chris was very respectful.  NO profanity.  Very professional.

They came and did what was needed!  Replaced the broken spring then the guy went ahead and serviced my opener and didn't charge me.  Lubed the chain and adjusted it.  It is soooooo quiet now..
Now I think the address is wrong on this.  It is now Mulhaupts Original Overhead Door -
Mulhaupts is who I will trust from this point forward!

Worker arrived on time. Evaluated the problem, explained what needed to be done and got the job done.

I called for service, selected a time and date convenient for me. The repair guys were punctual, courteous and explained everything they did. We used to use "Overhead Doors" from Indianapolis - they charge $75 just to come to Lafayette and were less flexible with available hours.
