NU-KITCHENS

Terrible experience so far. First off when you work with a proper kitchen cabinet company that charges a premium for it products and service you expect quality. What I got was the following. First, they incorrectly measured two of the cabinets and forgot to order the countertop. I was left with an unfunctioning kitchen for 4 weeks over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Then when my contractor started installing the cabinets they were covered in nicks, bumps, dents, scratches, black marks, doors don’t line up. Understand I have a small galley kitchen and these are the basic slab white maple cabinets that are about $8000. Basically I could have got a better quality product for 1/4 price at the big box store or IKEA. I’m waiting for the guy that owns the place to come and look at the cabinets and I also contacted Haas directly but I’m sick of even dealing with this company. Right now I want them to take these sub standard cabinets out and refund me in full. And of course, I’m out of pocket for what my contractors costs are too.
