NIKKI SANDSTROM

As a first-time homebuyer, I was thankful to have Niki as an agent. She had me make a list of needs and wants in a house, and sent me listings of homes that fit my criteria by e-mail. I selected the homes I was interested in, and she was quick and flexible about showing me the properties. When we would tour the homes, Niki was quick to point out both the positives and negatives, many of which I would not have noticed without her keen eye. She also accompanied me at the home inspection and asked helpful questions of the inspector. Some problems did come up from the inspection, but Niki was extremely helpful when it came to negotiating with the seller which items he would fix. Because of her insistence, I ultimately ended up with a new furnace without having to pay for it myself, and I am very grateful for this.

Nikki was our buyer's agent when we were purchasing our 1st home. We didn't really know the 1st thing about buying a home. She showed us the ropes and pointed out problems or issues in a home that we may have missed. She would help us think about our decision even if we liked the house, for example she would tell us for a young family that the family room wasn't very usable or that a kitchen may not be adequate for our family. Now that I've moved to Atlanta and have had to go through the process all over again it's made me appreciate Nikki that much more. She's an honest agent and I would use her for my buyer's agent in a heart beat.
