Installers were great, did there job and worked around us

They have a little problem, the floor is fine, but they've not done real good job with finishing up. The bamboo was nailed in, which was cracked the transition piece. There were also some really bad dings in the woodwork as well. They have promised that they are going to repair this. I haven't finished paying them, so we'll see if it gets fixed.
