Mike Godbey was my contact, and he was very friendly. He was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me to drive as repairs were being made. I felt the crew was all honest about the repairs and I feel the price was fair for all that I had done. The shuttle drivers were very nice.

Overall, I think the experience with Mike Raisor Ford is nice except that sometimes, the price is high, but overall I think that they are very professional.

They wanted to put on new tires but I told them not to do that nor to do the alignment (when they said I did indeed need that). They said the air conditioner had a leak and would cost $1200 to repair. The car is old enough and the leak slow enough I told them to let that go too. When I picked up the car, they had done the oil/lube and alignment. They took off the charge for the alignment and I was pleased with that and took the car after paying. It wasn't until I got home that I had a smack my head moment and realized the car had just had oil/lube as indicated by the sticker in the car window where they put their sticker too. I wasn't happy that they declared I needed an oil/lube when it had just been done and they should have been able to tell it was recently done (the week before). I didn't complain, though, because I should have told them not to do that and it simply slipped oast n

I gave the shop the car in the morning.
They had the tires in stock.
They mounted, balanced the tires and aligned the suspension.
Brakes were done, too.
By mid-afternoon the car was ready.
I also received a $70 gift card from Michelin.
It was a great experience.

We had tire vibration thought to be due to flat spots across the tire tread. Mike Raisor keep the vehicle all day and diagnosed the problem as mis-alignment. I challenged this as the vehicle had just over 36000 miles. This is the 2nd vehicle of this type and the 1st one had over 90K miles never needing an alignment before we traded. The wear on the tires didn't seem consistent with an alignment problem and an independent tire store also felt like it was not alignment problem. The Mike Raisor customer service rep was just reading the mechanics sparse report and could not answer any questions. He acted insulted that I would even question the diagnosis. I told them I wanted a 2nd opinion, they again acted as if I insulted them. There was no tolerance for questions. I told them my wife would pick up the car later that afternoon. They made my wife wait for 20 mins to pick up the car and didn't wash it as promised (They asked if she wanted it washed when we dropped it off). For all this we were charged $80. Next we took the care to an alignment specialist (with excellent reports on Angies List) and they confirmed there was no alignment problem. Eventually the problem was determined to due to the replacement of just one tire (not the pair) on this All Wheel Drive Vehicle. The different diameters of the tires (new and old) caused the unusual wear. If I would have listened to Mike Raisor I would still have the problem and be out much more than the $80 charge for just having them look and give the wrong diagnosis.

We have never had any problems with Raisor Ford. They have always been super nice to us. My husband usually gets the guys pizza when they detail and wax. He loves they way they get his wheels so shiny. The one time that brought tears to my eyes was when I had to have major surgery and they loaned us a beautiful Ford Taurus so I wouldn't have to ride home in the 4 wheel drive. I felt like I was riding on a cloud. We hightly recommend Mike Raisor Ford.

I had been in search of a diesel pickup truck for some time. When I broke my present truck pretty significantly I thought ‘the time has come to pull the trigger'. I have done business with the Mike Raisor auto group for years, so they were where I was going to get my next vehicle. Given the price and value retention of diesel pickups, I decided to start used. I was welcomed to and took the opportunity to drive those meeting my criteria that were in their used inventory. The one I liked the most was an 07 F250 Harley Davidson Crew Cab. While the price I was offered was more than fair, my personality just didn't identify with the HD brand. Their used car manager promised to contact affiliates and wholesalers to locate one that matched my parameters for options and mileage. I then spent some time with the new car guys; specifically Ted Lynch, who has sold cars to my friends and family for years. He suggested that buying new was not too far out of reach given the aggressive incentives on the 2011 model year. This intrigued me so I asked him to put together some numbers. At the end of the day, it was only $14K more to buy new, versus a four-year-old with 75K miles. Again, I was invited to drive from their new inventory and as promised I was not disappointed. The 2011 were just so much more than the prior model years. I got hung up on Saturday and didn't make it by the dealership until later and we were just too time pressed to get the deal done that night; however, I was permitted to take the new truck home and think it over and thought it over I did only to return the vehicle the next day. I had come to the conclusion that if I was going to spend this much money on a new vehicle, I wanted EVERY option and the truck I had was missing a few. To make a long story short, come Monday the guys went to work finding one that did have every option and worked to get it to the dealership promptly. (Like a young boy at Christmas waiting is difficult.) The following day I dropped by to finish the paperwork and drive my new baby home. I would like to close by saying that doing business with the Raisor auto group is more like dealing with friends or family than it is a business and when you consider the amount of money involved that helps alleviate any anxiety that comes from making such a significant purchase.

They gave me concise estimates of what it was going to cost as well as the time it would take to do the work. They were efficient in getting it done. I will use them again in the future.

The job went fine. It took them two days and they hadn’t even looked at it. They did not provide me with another temporary vehicle. It was difficult. They said that it would be looked at next and I waited until 4 o’clock. Then they decided that they had to arrange my ride home or out to the dealership. The person who looked at it took it to the next day when I had to go and pick it up. They did discount the diagnostics.

Overall it was about average compared to the other places where I looked at used cars. They weren't overly pushy but their prices started high (as one might expect) and they wouldn't budge much initially. Which might be because fords are a pretty hot item as far as domestic cars go at the moment. They were a bit too persistent with emails after we had told them we were interested but going to shop around some. Ended up buying a lower priced and better quality hyundai from another dealership but we probably would have went with a ford if they had been a little bit more flexible in negotiating.

The service manager was wonderful. He would call us to us know what was going on. They did not do anything until they called us with an estimate. He gave is recommendations and so we had a few other things fixed on the car as well. Very professional and very helpful as well.

I have been happy with them. For an oil change or lube work, all you have to do is show up. They bring you right in and you are probably out of there in 45 minutes. The operation is pretty slick. The price is cheap and I usually spend under $30. They provide good service. I would use them in the future.
