The entire process went pretty easily. During our search for a home Tina-Marie gave us a rough timeline of the closing process and what things we'd need to provide to get things done. We had a short meeting where she walked us through the process and gave us our various loan options. Once we found a home and decided on a closing date we exchanged emails almost daily. There were quite a few things to provide and some we even needed to update. Everyone at Metlife kept in contact with us to make sure we got all the documents updated and/or turned in on time. They were very friendly and helped us every step of the way.
