He has been working on some ongoing projects with my home. He is not reliable at all. There was a water leak under the floor. He found it and fixed it, but it took him from November to January to complete the job. He does a beautiful job, but he does it at his own pace.

Dave does excellent work but takes a very long time to finish the job because of other commitments. However, when the job was done, it was a "knock out" job. He is given to perfectionism. His rates are more than reasonable. He is honest and trust worthy.
