My water heater was leaking and I called around a few places to get quotes. I decided to go with them when I got a pretty competitive quote and I have had work done by them before. No real issues getting the work done. They did a great job getting everything set up without coming back with an extra bill for this and that. What he quoted me is what he billed me. THey cleaned up after themselves and very professional.

They performed a simple replacement of a sump pump. Total work time took 30-45 mins. After several days of heavy rains I was urprised to call the morning of the repair and find they could come in 2 hours. They arrived on time and quickly replaced the pump. $375 seems high as the pump used is available from the Home Depot for $165. That leaves $210 for gross profit. I did not try to offer a lower price.

They quoted an excellent price and even though the project required much more work, they honored their estimate and did not charge additional. I have since had them do more work for my parents and am satisfied.

Horrible!! He never gave me anything but a verbal estimate that was stated as and quot;about 1500and quot; This was after a verbal one of $400. He took weeks to fix it...hauled in friends to dig up the yard after he dug by hand for weeks...Machinary sat in my yard for many days after they left the job.He was verbally assaulting my neighbor and even told me he would and quot;kick his A** if he said anything else to him. My neighbor was asking why the water line was left uncovered over night when the temps went into the teens. Also he made a huge mess outside and inside and left things a mess...concrete and mud all over my stuff in the garage and trash outside.
After he completed the work and left....two days later my pipe froze (the one he ran new) and I had to have another person come and fix it to the line from freezing after he told me that he did would keep it to way below zero.
About 2 weeks after that he had sent me a bill for another 2000 dollars for the completed job. I had been in the hospital and two days after I was home he came to my door yelling at my son that I needed to pay him right now. It ended up after harrassing calls and another trip to my house I filed a complaint with the police dept. After that he has placed a lien on my house which I am planning to fight soon.
He was horrible with his mouth...swearing etc and throwing fits when I would go out and see how things were (or were not) proggressing. My water was leaking for the whole time it took for him to fix it and I paid a bunch on my water bill.

This work went very well. Land R was very responsive, came to give an estimate right away, did the work when promised and the price was excellent. I would certainly use them again if my parents need additional plumbing work.

Very well. I called on a Tuesday and service was performed on Thursday. The job was done promptly, professionally, and with minimal incovenience. The installers thoroughly explained and demonstrated how to replace the filter, described how often to replace them, and gave me the filter number so replacements can be purchased at home improvement stores.
