Another car ran into the side of my car and severely dented the driver's side door. Jon's replaced the door and matched the paint color perfectly, and did it in a timely manner.

Accident occurred April 18th and vehicle was towed to Jon's. On April 22nd, the estimate was done and repairs were estimated to be completed by May 1st. With the insurance provider paying for the repair, we started to feel that we were secondary as the customer and that the insurance company was primary as the payor. On April 22nd, due to no calls to us, we called and were told that the repairs became more involved and the new due date was May 8th. Using this information, we turned in the rental unit that was being provided due to having an extra vehicle available because of a family member going on vacation. On May 9th, due to no calls to us, we were advised that vehicle was dismantled, but not painted, aligned or fixed - should be another week and ready on May 15th. On May 12, we called to check upon - still waiting on parts. On due date of May 15th, vehicle was not done and we didn't get any contact. May 16th, our call again, we were told the parts are in and it's being fixed. Will paint on the 19th and we can get it back on the 20th or 21st. Again, we call on the 20th and it still needs to be aligned and they hope it will be done on the afternoon of the 21st. May 21st, no call in the afternoon so we call and they hope late afternoon and that they'd call. No call. May 22nd, no call and we follow up with a call...told we can pickup after lunch. Upon picking up the unit, some electrical issues with the mirrors had been found and a part was ordered to be installed upon arrival. After driving the unit, the check engine light came on after bringing it home. We brought the unit back for the mirror repair and check engine light issue. The check engine issue was outsourced and it was determined that a charcoal canister was the issue, but it had been taped and wielded before (we bought the unit used). The insurance provider would not pay for this repair or the cost of the outsource estimate. The repair work that was done was very good.

Jon's was able to get my vehicle in within a week from the original quote. The work was completed in 3 days. It was excellent quality and done at the quoted price. They also buffed out some scuffs for me as well. The quote from Jon's was approximately $150 less than the competing bid I received. I would definetly go back to Jon's again in the future, but hopefully I won't have too!

It was a pleasant experience compared to the usual pain in the neck when getting a car worked on. I was able to bring it in two days after I talked to Shane about the problem, the work was done in a few hours and I could pick it up that same day.

We have used Jon's Body Shop a number of times over the last 6 or 7 years. My personal opinion is that they are the best auto body shop in the area. They are very courteous and they do excellent work. Their prices are competitive.
