His quality of workmanship was horrible! The corners of the room, and around door frames were not even cut close, some had a half inch gap. He filled in the space with caulk, that was a much darker color than the floor itself. In some cases he didn't even fill in the gap, just left a hole between the new floor and the wall. He broke some of the trim when removing it, and replaced it with trim that was several shades too light! Absolutely the worst quality I have ever seen. Since then, we have had to have the floor in the bathroom replaced because the toilet was leaking, and the entire family room floor has had to be ripped up and redone.
