Awful. This was by far one of the most horrific experiences I have ever had in working with a company. They were contracted to remove and replace all of the knob and tube in our new home as part of our purchase agreement. The owner of the company, Matt Huston, came and made the quote. Midway through the project the one of the middle managers decided that they were in fact only going to remove the wiring that was easy to access. He then told me that "people in the industry" know that when someone says they are going to replace all the know and tube they only mean the stuff not inside the walls. I told him that his own electricians didn't understand that because they had already replaced a lot of it that was in the bedroom walls. All of this work was being done while I was in the process of moving and I asked them to reinstall the existing fixtures or the closest match. They took down sconces and light fixtures that were beautiful brass and replaced them with the cheapest chrome fixtures a home improvement store has to offer. I have since tried to contact Matt Huston five times (voice mails, messages with secretaries, and calls to the realtor who contracted with them). After all of that harrassment, Matt Huston set an appointment to come to the house and did not show up. Another phone call to the office and they sent out the original electrician who said he would be back to exchange the fixtures. After one week, I heard nothing and again left a round of messages. Exhausting! This company is rotten all the way through.
