John Hack II arranged all of the necessary soil testing and county permit, as well as the inspection of the installation by the county
officer. Installation was unavoidably delayed by late spring rains. John stayed in close communication, and arranged a date to begin work that coincided with my work schedule. He explained the layout of the system as well as the timeline for completing the work. The work was completed according to schedule, and John and his crew were very professional. They paid attention to all of the details, and our septic system never went out of service during the process, allowing us to remain in our home the entire time.
