They started to remove snow from sidewalks and stopped.  Called and left messages to call me back no response.  Left message about not finishing the snow removal of sidewalk, no response.  Called and cancelled the service.

The work was started on time and completed actually head of time. The quality of the retaining wall is excellent, done according to correct standards for the wall heigth and very attractive to the eye. Overall I'm VERY well pleased with this portion of work performed. This portion of the job had company management present during the entire process.
 I'm not quite so happy with the  brick patio in that they did not use all the available bricks and there were some large gaps when the bricks were laid. That, however, was partially due to the fact that the bricks were not all consistent in size, which made the laying much more difficult. When I discussed my dissatisfacion with management they assured me that they would redo the entired patio if I requested it and did re-set an area that was improperly spaced.  There was also an existing  pole light that has power supplied through a GFI recepticle that no longer works.This is due to underground wireing damage during excavation or refill.  I am delaying any re-work until this coming spring to be assured that there will be no grass growing between the bricks nor any ants that may want to nest below the bricks.  I'm sure they will take care of any and all problems that my wife and I may have.

My only mediocre mark of "C" was given because on some occasions, responce to my emails  was sometimes slow.

In final analysis I think Exterior View is a very highly qualified and reputable company to do business with, however, if top management is not present, as they were not when the patio was re-laid, there may be problems. Even though I believe any and all problems will be rectified in time, better suppervision would have saved both parties some hassle.
