They took time out to look it over to make sure it was street worthy. I have always found them to be professional and very reasonably priced.
I recommend them to my friends and they are also pleased with services.

Do be careful - I had a hard time finding the drop box - it is attached to the fence on the side of the building...I had to search for it since I was dropping my car after hours and had never been there before - aslo it is back from the street so it appears you are going in a private driveway.

I have a 2002 Prius and a lot of people do not know how to work on them. I had taken my car to two other shops to have the a/c leak fixed. Both charged me and neither fixed the problem(!) My dad has been going to Dubbers for years and is always telling me how good they are, so I figured I would give them a try, since my regular shops had been no help.
I explained both problems - brakes and floor filling with water from the a/c. The guy told me a price and got me on the calendar in two days. Then he said, and quot;Have you got a minute? I can probably fix the a/c leak for you right now.and quot; I gave him the keys and he got it up on the lift. Another mechanic consulted with him, and then they blew some air in the drain tube, and said they figured that would take care of it. I was hopeful but a little skeptical. Not only has it never leaked into the passenger compartment since then, but they did not charge me for doing it!
Later that week I took the car in after closing, left my keys in the drop box, and when I got off work the next day, it was ready. The price seemed very reasonable to me and the service was great. These guys are complete car nerds -- really into it. They seemed genuinely interested in my car issues, and liking a good challenge. It was a good experience all around. I will definitely go back next time I need work on one of our vehicles.

I took my vehicle to Dubbers on a recommendation. I explained to the guy behind the desk what kind of noise I am having and he takes notes, so they call to let me know how much it's going to cost to fix the issues with the car. So I pick up my Jeep after work was complete and I still have the noise, I take it back to the shop and the owner states that he didnt know anything about a noise and that his mechanic told him that they replaced this and this. But the noise is a mistory they cant figure it out, he really did spend time trying to find it AFTER they had replaced other parts. Which did need replaced. BUT I still have the noise in my front fender area.
