Discount Tire

There maintenance is very good. They have good prices. I can go shop and they will call me when they are finished. They are great.

They took care of everything for me. When I went on my trip I knew my tires were in good shape. They're just very impressive.

They are a stand up company for me. I had a blowout on the road. I had to get towed in to there. I bought the tires there in 2012 and they replaced the tire for free. They said it was still under warranty. I had no idea it was still under warranty. They did some other things that just went above and beyond. They recommended some other work and I had that done as well. I was very satisfied. The price was very fair. Service was A1. Everything was very good. They were very fair on the prices. They took care of everything. When I went on my trip, I had the knowledge that my tires were in good shape. I would use them again.

I went in first thing in the morning and they had the car in the bay around 15 minutes later. I walked to a nearby coffee shop and when I got back around half an hour later, they were already done and ready to send me on my way.

I liked the warranty covered replacement of tire. Still not the cheapest place in town for being discount tires.

I bought a new car and when it was about 3 weeks old hit a pot hole that bent the rim and blew out the side wall of the tire.
I went to the dealership but decided to check around to get a better price for repairs. I went to Discount Tire and talked to Mark. He was very friendly, knew a lot about the tire I needed and checked with the company to see if there could be any adjustment made since it was so new. They agreed to make an adjustment and I had him order the tire.
I had called road side assistance to come out in the country and put the spare tire on until I could shop for a new tire.
Since the bend on the rim was so small, and we were scheduled to go out of state for a couple of days, we decided to put the new tire on the rear and get the rim fixed when we returned.
So we did just that. DT called me today and said the rim was returned and I could come and get the job finished up. I did and now I'm back to square one with a new tire.
All the 'boys' at DT were very pleasant, and explained what they did in detail.
I would go back and I would certainly recommend them to everyone who needs tire work done.

They didn't charge me for the service 'cause I bought the tires from them. Their price is average. It's a good general company for tires. I think that their punctuality could use a little bit of work but they are always really friendly and helpful when they do get to you.

They are always on time with their appointments and provide good service. They always addressed any issue quickly.
