Chris Harrington was our salesman. He went above and beyond to help find the car I wanted and that we could afford. He was responsive to my questions, and kept me informed as he learned information. Highly recommend him, as well as Defouw. Great experience, and I've NEVER said that about purchasing a vehicle before.

Vehicle was diagnosed and installation was complete by end of one business day. Received phone call for completion around 4:30 (after dropping car off upon open at 8 am). On phone call, i was informed the AC Delco pump I had purchased was defective. Work was completed on a Friday, and I did not want to leave the vehicle in their possession all weekend, so i took delivery of the vehicle, with the thought that the pump was bad and that I would need to look into purchasing a new pump and paying to replace the unit again. upon inspection of the work, I discovered that the system had not been bled properly, if at all, and that the pump and rack and pinion system had many air bubbles in it, causing the pump to burn up. I purchased a new pump, and took the vehicle back to explain the situation and what I had found. I was told that the tech assured the service writer that the work had been completed properly (of course). the replacement work was completed, and after replacement I was informed that now the rack and pinion was whining, a symptom that the car did not show before the work was completed. I was also presented with a bill at the end of the work. After speaking to management and, again, informing them of what I had found upon my own inspection, the bill was taken care of. However, now, in addition to another day without a vehicle, I am left having to replace an even more expensive, time consuming part on the vehicle, because their tech did not follow the proper procedure for the work he was completing.

Jeff from the collision center came to Advantage Glass and Trim Inc. on 7/14/13 at their request while I was there and in tears because of the damage Advantage had caused to my 1975 Lincoln Continental Lipstick Edition show car while they were supposed to be detailing it. They had literally 'buffed' the paint off the car in numerous areas to the metal and the owner had been yelling at me for coming to get it. Jeff was more than kind, attempted to help me calm down by saying he could fix it and told me to bring it in on Monday, the 17th of June. Advantage had my car for a month to 'detail' it. Bill Defouw Chevrolet collision center had the damage caused by Advantage Glass and Trim completely repaired by Wednesday, the 19th. I will never take my car anyplace else. They were amazing.

Scheduled service a week in advance, dropped off car at 545pm night before service date. They did not call with estimate of air bag light and heat/air control problem until 4pm (after I called at 3pm). Then they had to order part so kept my car extra day. On second day I had to call to confirm car done at 5pm. They said they "were real busy".
