They did excellent work. They need to improve communication with customers. They came to start the work a day early and did not notify me, nor did they come to the door to let me know they were here. Just started working. I knew they were here bc I heard the weed whips. I needed to talk to them before they started the work. The head of the crew did apologize for that.
