Ashley Bigelow was awesome as a buying agent. Very personable, very responsive to calls and questions. She was honest and trustworthy. Only pitfall was lack of experience but if she didn't know the answer she found it out quickly from a more experienced broker. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home in the lafayette area.

I spent a lot of time searching for properties in the Purdue University area. I submitted a list to Tim Deno from Caldwell-Banker Shook. He helped us fine tune our search and had everything ready on the day we came to look at properties. We were impressed that he did not try to steer us toward his properties our his agencies' properties, but rather showed us what we wanted in a property. He gave us great advice on the properties and what they might need in terms of repairs, etc. Most impressive was the fact that he was leaving for vacation on the Saturday he was showing us properties. He was actually on his way out of town, when we called to ask him to show us our 1st choice condo a second time. Without hesitation, he stopped and came back to show us the condo. After that, he spent lots of time on the phone brokering the deal as our agent. In fact, the deal was finalized over the phone with Tim around midnight on the following Sunday. That's service! All the details were taken care of and Tim went way above and beyond our expectations. Since we were out of town buyers, we really felt like and quot;high maintenanceand quot; clients. Tim didn't seem to mind in the least. We highly recommend this agency and in particular Tim Deno for any real-estate needs in the West Lafayette or Lafayette areas.

I paid nothing for the service.  They are my agents part of the group.  They are awesome.  From top to bottom, they are great.  They are good at what they do.  They are the best group Lafayette, in terms of sales and especially, the places.  The price is standard.

Kelly had done her research before we even met with her. She knew the neighborhood and the comps. She knew the market. Kelly encouraged us to list earlier than we had planned and we sold our house in 10 days. Kelly stuck with us through the inspection and assessment processes.

I feel that she was eminently professional. She listened to what we wanted, sifted through all of the homes and was very flexible. She is very informed in what she does. She is knowledgeable and gives you good advice. She was able to help us during the negotiation of the price as well.
