We signed a contract with them listing out the expenses and timelines. They stayed within this budget and the only overages were ones that we chose to make. We especially appreciated Kevin always answering our phone calls and making excellent suggestions which made our home very warm and inviting. They were always professional in our dealings, and the work site was always kept neat. In addition, all the workers were friendly and helpful. Our home was completed on time, despite problems with other providers beyond his control.
