The estimate that he gave us was right on the money. It was not anymore than what he said.

I was looking for an honest, reasonable mechanic when I swtiched to this shop. He has given us a 12,000 mile/1 year warranty on all the work he's done, when not all locally owned shops will give a warranty on their work. He does charge to look over your car and diagnose any problems, but some do, some don't. His estimates fluctuate but overall have been pretty accurate and I've never had any suprises come up. If something isn't fixed right he will make it right and honor his warranty (but I typically haven't had to do this). I gave him two B ratings only because sometimes it can take a few days to get in and he's not open on Saturdays, and when your car is out of commission that can be a hassle. I've also had some things run pretty pricey at times with a few quotes, but overall I think he's fair because his quality is good. I would recommend him to anyone looking to support a local business owner that is honest, reliable, and stands behind his work, something we've found out that not every shop practices in their business practice.

I thought I needed to have a new air conditinoer or at least have it charged. Brad let me stop in and he quickly took a look at the problem. He identified that the issue was a part that had been recalled on some models by this manufacturer but not on mine. He was able change it in moments and cost me 1/3 of what I was expecting. Very timely, efficient, and pleasant. My parents go to him as well.

Everything was done as requested and at a cost that was estimated prior to doing.

They are honest, dependable, and they take their time with your car.

Very well. I had made an appointment for 10am. I arrived about 10 min. early. They took my truck into the shop within a few minutes. The shop owner said it would take about 1 hour. So I decided to wait for it. Had nice waiting area.
New building. Nice clean shop.
They completed the job in about 45 minutes. I thought the price was fair. Less then many other shops.
