They're excellent. I had to drive for an hour to get an oil change with them. I've been using them for three years. They basically know the stuff that they're doing. They don't inflate costs. I can trust them.

Work was covered under insurance, everything was done promptly and professionally. I couldn't have expected much more from them.

My 2007 Suzuki XL7 was towed to their Pendleton Pike Suzuki location inoperable. I was told by the Service Manager, Mike, that the timing chain had stretched, and done other damage to the vehicle including the cylinder heads. They would have to order the parts and they put me in a rental car untill the repair could be made. I was assured that this was all covered under the cars warranty. All was well at first. After one week of driving by my car everyday only to see that it had not moved, I called and spoke to Mike again. I was told that the heads were backordered. Two more weeks passed by, and three messages were left to speak with a manager. Exactly three weeks after I first took the vehicle in for service, I received a call from a service worker from ANOTHER Bob Rohrman location, stating that they had just received my vehicle and needed some information from me. They had towed my vehicle all the way to Greenwood without my permission! I live in Carmel! I was told that they no longer had any technicians at the Eastside location that could service my vehicle and that Mike, the manager, no longer worked there. I was then told that even though this was a well documented problem with this particular car, they needed service records. This was not a problem, simply an inconvenience that could have been handled three weeks earlier! After providing them with this documetation, I had to wait two and a half more weeks for them to tell me that they would not be able to warranty the work and that the repairs would be over $6000! The level of professionalism displayed was completley unacceptable.

Bought our New Car from Quinton Lindsey today and after shopping around in every dealership in Indianapolis over 30 hours invested in the car I wanted to buy. Trust me and take the small road trip out to get the best deal, fastest process, and the nicest people ever! It was easy and fun and quick and most of all they saved me money! They worked hard to get me what I wanted. They even drove to another state to get me the car with the options that I wanted.. We did it all over the phone then went and picked it up. Quinton called me everyday to give me updates. They are able to get almost any car,truck out there. After spending the last 3 weeks in dealerships - This was by far the best experience one can have! Thanks for beings such a great group and offering such great prices and below all others! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

You don’t have to worry about your car when you leave it with them and you end up with a clean car when they are done with it. They let you know what to do and also wash the car during the oil change. I don’t have to make an appointment. I just simply drive in and they complete the job pretty quickly. I can go back as many times as I want even without getting any service done to get my car washed. It is pretty close to my house and I also bought my car there. I would continue to take my car there in future.

I had to buy a new car because my 1992 Jeep had went up in flames. So, my down payment was burnt. However, Chuck informed me that since I was a recent grad, I did not need a down payment. It went very well from start to finish. I worked with Chuck Austin, who was very helpful. It was my first time buying a car, so I was very nervous. But, he made the experience very enjoyable. I love my new car!

The salesman immediately asked were I worked. [I was supposed to pretend that he really cared where I worked. All he wanted to know was did I have any money]. All I would tell him was that I just worked at this local factory. He did not have a clue that I was paying cash for the car, and that my income is way more than six figures but less than seven. [I've done real well in the stock market]. He wanted me to hurry up and make a decision to buy a car. He did not try to sell me on the fine quality cars that he had. When he sized me up as not having a lot of money, he rudely asked me to come back another day so I could test drive cars all day. Bob Rohrman has ten dealerships in Lafayette, IN and I guess his salesman feel that if you want to buy a car you have to buy from them. Not! I will never go into a dealership and tell anyone that I have a lot of money. I want to see how they treat average people.
