The first sales person was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, he didn't return calls or quotes as fast as he should have. On one of my calls, the company told me that he is not working for them any more. I then worked with Mike Moats directly and then everything went much smoother and actually pretty fast. They even made my deadline for the installation. So it would be a straight A if we wouldn't have had the first sales person. The wrought iron piece is very nice. The installation crew had some issue but blue metal was able to fix it later.

I took them to the basement to show them the window. They came out once it was all made and installed them while I was not at home. They even put a design in the bars, which was nice. I was very happy with them.

BEAUTIFUL WORK, PUNCTUAL, CALLED TO CONFIRM BEFORE BEGINNING THE WORK TO MAKE SURE MY INSTRUCTIONS WERE CLEAR. VERY PLEASED WITH RESULTS.

THIS IS A NEW COMPANY AND I WORKED WITH FRANK BYRD. I HAD A STAIRCASE IN A NEW HOUSE THAT WE HAD BOUGHT THAT WAS UNSAFE AND NEEDED MODIFIED QUICKLY AS I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN AND HAD ALREADY MOVED IN. I CALLED THEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THAT DAY AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE. THEY DREW A PICTURE AND DID THE DESIGN WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THEY COMPLETED THE QUOTE WITHIN THE NEXT 2-3 DAYS IN WRITING AND THEN COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS. THE QUOTE WAS VERY GOOD COMPARED TO OTHERS I HAVE GOTTEN. PEOPLE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY NICE, AND VERY SENSITIVE TO OUR NEEDS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
