He did an excellent job. He explained everything in detail; the risk involved with different procedures and long-term effects of different things. He was very informative. I had some additional questions and he took the time to answer those. He didn’t make me feel rushed. He is excellent.

Dr. Berner has been treating me for the past 3 years. I have received professional care for a large cyst in my middle ear. He was able to diagnose the problem with little visable symptoms. Amazing I'm still able to hear after having 3 surgeries
