Plumbing
The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. However, his inspection of the water heater was not thorough (compared to a 2nd company I had come out) and told me that I needed a new water heater. It turns out I do not need a new one. In addition, I called around to other companies to get prices on the same water heater, and Benjamin Franklin's prices were much higher than those at comparable companies.
