It went very well. The job was done very professionally and they cleaned up my property very well. I was highly satisfied and the quote was much better than others I received. Will have them back to do more work in the future.

They came on time and went quickly to work in just about two hours it was down and they did a spectacular job cleaning up.

Everything went very well. The guys were very professional, friendly and did a great job. They even trimmed a tree that needed it that I forgot to ask about and did not charge me extra.

Best ever. Took out only what truly needed to be removed. Did trees in both front and back yard. Cleaned up all loose branches after the cuts were finished. Very professional. Have used his service for years. Will continue to do so for years to come if possible.

They did a nice job when they got here.  They were a week late without any explanation or apologies.  We called about additional work that we wanted done and set an appointment  - no show.  Called again and set up another appointment - no show.   We ended up doing it ourselves.  They sent a clear message that our business is not important since they couldn't pick up the phone to cancel an appointment.

They did a good job. We didn't ask them to hall everything away. It was less expensive. We did a lot of work but it saved us money. It was good that they worked with us on that. They're good at what they do.

We regularly used Alford's tree service. It is now under new management, and is a bit more expensive than before, but still worth it. They are professional, pleasant, and insured. They are careful to tie off the branches so that they do not hit the house, gutters, or other plants in the yards. They will cut up the wood for your fireplace if you ask. They will also take the logs away if you do not want them.
