Larry has helped me several times with the drains in my home as I’ve been renovating it. He has always been punctual and very professional. His rates are very fair and if he doesn’t solve the problem the first time he will come back and make it right for free. He is well networked in the Lafayette area and if he is unable to address your problem he can recommend someone who can.

Called Larry's office, and even though it was right near the holidays he made time for it ASAP. He showed up, looked everything over and cleaned everything out until it ran smoothly. He even angled some pipes that had sagged to prevent future problems. Larry was polite, used the right tools - and kept working until everything was clean as a whistle. I can't recommend this company enough, it was my second experience with him and every time I tell everyone I know.

We discovered the clog because the sewer pump in our basement gurgled, and our plumber recommended A Cleaner Drain. This was late afternoon, July 1, 2017, right before the long weekend. We called Larry and he and a coworker showed up early next Morning. They got to work right away, and determined the cause: tree roots. A potentially quick fix, Larry suggested, was to feed the camera through the pipe. The camera was really neat. It was connected to a computer by cords, and you could see the inside of the pipe on the computer screen. Larry's idea is as follows. If the camera could be inserted into the 3' pipe inside the house from the 6' pipe outside, we could ease the clog by opening up a small hole. Larry came back with the equipment that same afternoon. Remember, this is right before the July-4 long weekend. Alas, it started to rain, and then to pour! Larry went straight to work despite the rain. He saw, using his camera, that tree roots completely blocked the opening of the 3' interior pipe. Liquid could trickle out, but there was no easy way to open a small hole right away. By the time he was done, he was very wet. Then Larry explained to us that he and his coworker would have come back after the long weekend, to manually dig down into the pipe and clear away the roots. On July 5, 2017, Larry and his coworker showed up, and they, again, immediately started to work. The digging was tough, as they encountered a number of fair-sized rocks. It was also hot and humid that day. But they kept going, and did not take their lunch break until they had dug all the way down, and cleared away most of the roots. We were able to use water pretty much as normal at that point. It was about 2 pm! Then they came back and very quickly tied up the loose ends. The entire job was completed around 4:30 pm. I strongly recommend Larry, simply because he really cares, and his work ethics is unparalleled. Very few would show up to work right before the independence-day long weekend, in the rain; but Larry did! On top of that, the quality of his work is high; his price is very reasonable; he is extremely punctual. Needless to say, he is also courteous and shows a very high degree of professionalism. I am not surprised that my plumber recommended him right away, once they realized that the pipe had been clogged.

Larry spent quite a bit of time running the camera thru all
relevant lines and then did not want to charge me anything. I did send him away
with a small thank you check. He was very thorough and professional. I'm
confident that the system is clear and that there are really no problem areas
that would result in a backup. In short, this is the type of person you can
trust and rely on.

Larry showed up way quicker than we had anticipated. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. I actually learned quite a bit about how the lines in the house are connected and the best ways to prevent this from happening again. He cleared out under the kitchen sink cabinet, disconnected the relevant plumbing and went to work with a power auger. It didn't take him very long at all and afterwords he even cleaned up after himself.
Long story short; Larry rocks. I will recommend him again to anyone in an instant.

The drain was terribly clogged. When Larry first viewed the shower he saw food particles which indicated the shower was tied in with the disposal/kitchen drain. Purdue had just started up and so he had been getting many calls and was extremely busy today, but managed to make sure to work us into his schedule and called several times to check on timing. He was here in the evening, and took the time to ensure that the line was completely clear. He used a snake from our kitchen drain and ran it through the system. He gave us feedback on our pipes and with the age of our house provided us with pointers on keeping the drain lines open and some things we could do to prevent future clogs.
Larry was very professional, helpful and I thought very reasonable. I would definately call on him in the future if our drain is again clogged.
