Called beforehand to let me know they would be early. Courteous and knowledgeable. Took time to analyze problem. Explained what they were doing and why. Turned out it was a relatively simple fix and not as complicated as initially thought.

They were here on time. The bill was in line with the estimate they had provided. They did a good job, put down tarps to keep the carpet clean and cleaned up after themselves. Within just a few minutes of their arrival, I was very comfortable having them there.

The Servicer was the best and most considerate worker I have encountered in many years. It was refreshing to know that there are still people out there that are more concerned with providing a great service experience and not just getting paid.

When I arrived on site, Greg Kellpsh had decided to run an entire separate line from my gas meter 100 ft. away to my grill.  I was surprised because he never called ahead of time and told me that they couldn't T as I asked.  He said they spent all day running around town locating parts.  I though to myself, this is gonna cost a bunch.  I had to ask numerous times how much he thought it would be and he shrugged me off. Finally he said "probably under $100."
A few weeks later I received a bill for $496.68 for his services.  I was shocked, I hadn't budgeted anywhere near this amount, nor did I authorize it.  When I called to ask about the charges, I was rudely told "if you can't afford the pool, then you shouldn't have had it put in"  Wow, what a way to treat a customer.  He is a cocky, arrogant contractor, who only wants to talk about his "45 years in the business"  I bet I heard that 20 times in the three encounters I had with him.  I would have thought, with 45 years experience, he would have thought to call his customer before racking up $500 in charges.  He also failed to put a tracer wire in with the buried pipe, because in his words "most customers don't want it"....lol.  I've never heard of such a thing, of course customers want this, it helps locate the line 10 years down the road when it's disappeared in the grass.  What a joke!

Buyer beware - this Greg Kellpsh is a shady character.  Think twice before hiring him.

Appreciated their responsiveness and punctuality--much better than the majority I've worked with. I have found that I had to stay closeby with one of their workers during times that Greg wasn't there, to ensure that worker followed my instructions; other than that, no complaints.

I'd recommend Natural Gas Experts to anyone needing any gas fireplace repair or maintenance. Greg, the owner, instilled lots of confidence and I knew I'd called the right person for this work.

Greg called immediately after I contacted him to set up a time for the estimate. He was at the house perfectly on time and looked closely at the house to determine where the pipes would go, and he explained the process from start to finish. We set up a date for Greg and his two-man crew to come and do the work. They left the house cleaner than they came and the estimate was exactly the price I paid. I ordered the logs through Greg - he quoted me a higher price than they wound up being - and he came and installed a week later. Prompt, professional, easy to work with.

Our gas fireplace had not been working for over a year. Not enough gas was coming through to get the proper type of flame. We had a hard time finding a company to repair it. Greg called me right back, set up a time to examine and gave me an estimate. It was a broken gas valve.He was able to set up repair service for the next day. The repair people came on time (we had asked them to come early because my husband had an out of town appointment). A team of two came by 9 and left @ 3:00 They left everything neat and clean and repaired! Greg is experienced and his crew was too.

Greg did a professional job and was pleasant and efficient.

I had been looking for someone to do gas line installations and called tons of plumbing and HVAC companies and most of them didn't want to do "just a gas line install," and others didn't even return my call. I reached Greg at Natural Gas Experts with my first call. He answered all my questions and said that all they do is install and repair natural gas lines; it was their specialty. I scheduled him to come out, he showed up when we had agreed and did excellent professional work. He provides a written warranty, although I have had no problems with the work, and therefore, no need for the warranty so far. I will continue to use Natural Gas Experts for any gas line work I need done, and I refer them whenever I can.
