They are by far the most professional auto service I've been to. They explained everything and they showed me everything. All the paperwork was done, everything was in the computer, when I called they remembered me, they were just really nice. Their prices were better than a lot of other places that we checked out as well.

Harmon's Expert Auto Svc Inc. are very caring. Johnny is good. I've followed Ralph from different jobs, including one when Ralph worked way out of town. He's never treated me like I was some stupid woman. Usually, when a woman goes in and tells a mechanic what's wrong with her car, they don't listen to her. They'll look at everything else. But Ralph has never treated me like that. Ralph is really a great guy and he's always been fair on prices and everything. They're pretty reasonable on price. He's come out personally to pull my car from my house to the garage and didn't charge me for the tow.
