We've talked to several building material suppliers and they all speak very highly of him. He works very hard to come up with the perfect plan for you at a price that will fit your budget. He seems very honest and very reliable. If we do this remodeling, we're certain it will be him that we go with.

His name is Michael Freese, he cheated me out of thousands of dollars, and he tried to cheat me out of about two hundred thousand dollars. He won’t answer his phone anymore, I don’t know if his phone is still in service. I heard that he was having a hard time with the jobs he has, and he is even having a hard time getting jobs. He is a scammer, he wanted all the money for the job upfront, I don’t know anybody who would do that. I told him that I would give him five thousand dollars at a time, but he was more slick than I was. The job that he did has to be done over again, which will cost me tens of thousands of dollars, and I hope that absolutely nobody gives him a job. He ought to be selling shoes or doing something else. He also stole the gutters I had after he took some of them off and left them lying in the yard, he stole the lightning rods that were on my house as people feel that they don’t use them anymore. When I called him about it, he said that he had never seen them, and he must have caller ID because he never picks up the phone when I call him. Since then, my house has been struck by lightning which damaged my computer, my telephones, and anything else that was turned on, it did a lot of damage, offhand I would say about forty thousand dollars or so. I had already paid him for the gutters, but he didn’t do it, whatever he did do, he did wrong. He charged me nine thousand dollars for the roof, the roof might be OK, but it did leak after one storm, and it should never leak. My house is built of wood, and when the roof leaks, it leaves water marks, and I detest water marks. The deck that he built won’t support very many people, so I am going to have it reconstructed if I am going to have a party, because I don’t want anybody to get hurt. He didn’t have a building inspector or any permit or license, I should have known that, but I didn’t even think of it. I was down, and he really took advantage of me, he did not get $194,000 out of me, but he got plenty. He asked me for all the money upfront, and if I had given it to him, I would never have seen him again. But he is dumb in some ways, and he thinks other people are dumb too. One of his employees even tried to get me to invest in a business deal with him, but I knew it was a scam.
