From the beginning, I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that everyone from Dye exhibited. Dan Combs made several visits to help me plan out the proper way to re-plumb, heat and cool this house up to 2016 standards and code. We began with a new 40 gal. hot water heater and well tank. Then the new Pex plumbing went in ( after my family and friends helped remove all the very old, broken and unsightly hot water heating lines, boiler and radiators). This was no easy task, as this house is a tri-level on a partial basement with add-ons, so it wasn't just straight runs. The crews worked hard and diligently every day they were here.We made a lot of progress each time they came. After the plumbing was in, including hooking up new sinks and shower fixtures, kitchen appliances and laundry, the work on the dual heating systems began. Designing the 2 systems took some time, as access to the lower level was almost impossible. The wonderful master plumbers and ac men on Dye's crew explored several possibilities with me, until we settled on a way to split the house into 2 independently controlled zones. The ducting was custom made on the site and installed neatly and the lower level furnace and ducting is so clean and attractive looking that I probably won't even bother to build it into a utility room, but it will sit quietly to the side, doing it's job perfectly. This month (May 2016) the final step of installing the 2 ac units will take place, then the entire job will be done. My solid, well built home has been brought up to current days efficiency and comfort with the help of the great folks at Dye Heating and Plumbing. If you need special plumbing services, and want the best in quality and professionalism...call Dye!

They're reliable. They come when they say they're going to come. If something doesn't work right, they'll come and fix it. They have a guarantee or a warranty and they honor that other than having to pay for their work. Their customer service is good. If you have a problem or an emergency, they have a line and someone is there to take the call. If it's an emergency, they'll come out. I've used them all my life.

They did great work. They did charge a service charge on top of the parts and labor. I called them inquiring about it but never heard back from them. I would use them again if they didn't charge the service charge.

I've called them several times. They're always very good about sending someone quickly. I think their prices are resonable. I've never had any problems after they did work. My only complaint is that there are two younger male workers who seem ignorant or lazy. To me they seem to make excuses rather than do what I asked. Example: every time someone comes I ask them to tighten the toilet seat because I'm handicapped and it's hard to reach. These two guys tell me something stupid like it's because I need a new seat. I've never had any trouble with anyone else tightening it. In fact I've had them give me an excuse and then called the next day to have someone else do it and they do a fine job. I always request that they don't send the younger two guys, but sometimes I forget. I think they have an attitude problem.

It went really. They were very responsive. They were here 40 minutes after my call. They were very polite and professional.

They are always good. They are very nice and efficient and clean up after themselves.

They charged me an outrageous amount for a 5 minute service call and they also over charged me for the part to fix the leak. I will never use these guys again.

They were very promt and professional. They told me about problems with the old water heater. They had done work for us before and they are just really professional.
