Matt came when scheduled. Performed home inspection. Took beautiful, detailed pictures of the property. Sent a clear, concise report. Charged a fair price. He is easy to contact, polite, professional, and patient with those of us who know nothing about the details of home repairs. Highly recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: Matt Lehman was our home inspector when purchasing our house in Laporte, Indiana last year. He was great. The report was thorough, clear and detailed. The property photos were excellent, and still some of my favorites! I have called or emailed him for advice twice since we moved in in December 2011 because he was familiar with our home. He never seemed annoyed with my questions and concerns. He even walked me through a check and minor repair on my air conditioning system on a Sunday no less. Excellent service. Fair price. I trust Matt and his Dream Inspections business completely. Highly recommend.
