They work hard. There were two workers. It took the workers an hour and a half to complete the job. I would use them again, and I would rate them as good.

They damaged the railing leading to the second floor while moving their equipment up and down the stairs.
They have been unresponsive to my calls regarding the damage. The cleaning also created additional stains in the master bedroom from the legs of the furniture having gotten wet with their chemicals and not having been elevated during/after the process. The coloring from the furniture legs bled into the carpeting. I have called Carpet Genie many times since their service and asked to speak with the owner. The owner refused to take my calls. On all occasions I was told that he has been notified and that he indicated he would be calling me back right away. I have not heard from him and have been told that he is the person I must deal with to resolve this issue.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH IT. THEY WERE VERY CORDIAL, AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. I REALLY LIKED THAT THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE AROUND TO CLEAN AND THAT THEY MOVED IT BACK WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REALLY GREAT ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. THEY COME ON TIME AND FINISH QUICKLY WITH NO MISTAKES. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

WE HAVE BEEN CALLING ON THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. THEY ARE FAST AND EFFICIENT. THEY ARE IN AND OUT AND DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
