The Aim staff were very professional, friendly and responsive both in responding to phone calls and appointments which can be a real issue in this part of Indiana. Our initial call was answered immediately by office staff and the follow up for scheduling appointments was timely. Arrival at our home for appointments was punctual. The installation was professionally done and the installation crew were flexible in responding to my requests for placement of the systems. The products installed have performed excellently and we are very pleased with the results. I rated the price as excellent but have to caveat that with the note that I did no comparison shopping. We only dealt with Aim on this job but the price seemed fair based on water softeners we have had installed in other homes.
