Werner Heating & Air Conditoning

Mr. Werner was very accommodating to our schedule. He was prompt in his reply to our voice-message and returned our call the same day. He is HONEST, AFFORDABLE and DID NOT TRY TO UP-SELL a product, nor did he try to sell us a new furnace, like the previous inspector. He diagnosed the issue, which was a faulty blower that we will choose to replace for prevention's sake, but not because he pressured us to do so. We were informed that the furnace would still run, but it would be better to replace it so that there is no damage to other parts... We will have Mr. Werner return when the weather gets a little warmer.
On a whim, I decided to ask for a programmable thermostat, which he installed in no time flat. He took the old thermostat for recycling as law states he should.
The thermostat was $56.71 with tax. Labor for the service call was $62.00. He was at our home a little over 2 hours. The thermostat that he used is an approved and quot;Energy Efficient Rebate Programand quot; device with NIPSCO, so we will also receive a $20.00 rebate through NIPSCO!

Called after the business had closed Mon., received a call at 7:00am the next morning. I told Mr Werner the problem (which I had told him it wasn't an emergency, and was completely fine if he couldn't make it for a day or two.), he mentioned he had a packed schedule for the day, but would be out first thing Wed. Wed morning he called before coming, and was here a few minutes after calling. Professional, informative, and honest, he answered any questions I had about what could be the cause. I would definitely recommend Werner' services,and I would use them again for any Heating or Air problems I have in the future.

It was very reasonable. He was quick and efficient. I had a question later and he took my call. He explained things to me very patiently. He was great. I have used him twice and I will not switch now. If have any questions regarding air conditioning and heating, I go to him now. I will use this company again in the future.

He was fantastic, he gave us terrific service and we would highly recommend him. He was prompt and got back to me within 24 hours, set up an appointment and he was here when he said he would be here. It is hard to find crafts people that are good and you can trust, he is very good and honest. He gave me recommendations for other service people I needed. I really liked him. I'd use him again without hesitation.

He was fantastic. He was fast, accurate and thorough. He was informed. He was very professional and came when he said he would come and did what he said he would do. He was very reasonable. He went above and beyond. He had to do some soldering and set off a smoke detector. The previous owner apparently had put a smoke detector in an exercise room adjacent to the furnace room but we didn't know where it was. He hunted all over trying to find this detector. We are going to have him do some furnace work in the fall.
