My issue with Shady Brook is with their billing. This company needs a billing person who is responsible, cognitive and keeps records of their payments and not just run out to the bank because they received a check in the mail without recording the payment. I just received a statement for bills they are claiming they are owed from 2011. We have paid all of our bills with them, and if we did miss a bill, then notify us at the time of occurance or at the end of the quarter. You cannot be a professional company and send a customer a statement 6 months later and tell them they owe you money when none is owed.
I have also received bills dated due on 4/15 and I receive it in the mail on 4/30 then on my next statement there is a late fee.
Unacceptable.....horrible company!!!

They have been consistent. The owner used to cut the grass for me himself. He now has new workers that help. There have been some minor issues as of late. However, they do take responsibility for their mistakes. They also do their best to correct the issues.
