A couple parts they installed were faulty and they replaced with no charge for extra parts and service calls.

The project went very well. Their generator expert Jason sells, installs and services. He was by far the best salesperson out of the 5 companies we talked with. He is great at following up and at discussing trade-offs and alternatives. He is very responsive to his customers needs. Everyone we have dealt with at Shrock's has been first class!
