They had their equipment in our church for about a week. They said they cleaned the carpets. It did not appear to be cleaned to me. We had to go through our insurance company to have someone else come in to properly clean the carpets. They were not very thorough. One of the major problems with this company is that you can never get a hold of them on the phone. Lane is the manager and he never calls back after I made several attempts to contact him. Our insurance company had trouble contacting him as well. Our church never got a bill or heard from the company until our insurance company got a call 8 months later on February 6 of 2012 regarding the bill. The bill was shocking. They did not even have the courtesy to send me or my church the bill. They totally ignored us and sent it straight to our insurance company. We did not receive a copy of the bill, except through our insurance company. It was almost 15,000.00. We could never get a hold of Lane. We had to call headquarters. I would not use this company again under any circumstances. I had a very bad experience.

Serv-Pro I thought were extremely over priced, although this went through an insurance claim. I had to later pay out of my own pocket to re-do the kitchen area. They also charged for items that were not done, ie (windows, baseboards, etc).
