OC & D Cleaning

Overall, the cleaning services were extremely well done. I did see a few small particles left on my bathroom floor and I wish my bed sheets had been more crisply done. But overall, I was very pleased with their service. I was home during the cleaning and on conf calls the entire time. I appreciated that the ladies worked around me and those calls in a professional way.

These guys are AWESOME!!
They came in dropped their cleaning tools and got right to it. They cleaned things that I didn't even ask them to do!! 
They were personable, responsible, respectful and quiet (my husband was working in the next room).
I didn't need to keep them on task or supervise their every move.
This company is self motivated and intent on pleasing the customer I would recommend them to anyone, including my friends and family!!

I got on Angie's List for the first time on Monday, Sept 15th, 2014.  We needed help with some wall washing.  Here in Indiana this becomes quite a mess when you don't do it for many years  I requested information from the 2 highest rated housecleaners in my area.  Jenn from OC & D Cleaning responded within an hour, maybe sooner.  We worked out the job and rate and et it up for Thursday the same week.  They arrived on time, cleaned the whole time they were here and even let us add to the job the same day for a second room.  They did a wonderful job and we will be looking for more jobs around here for them.  As a note:  The second company has not responded at all as of today.

It went great she was initially supposed to do the carpets. But when she asked about the dusting and laundry.. I looked at my carpets and she did such a good job) I said go for it. She just got on a roll...I've had her back twice and it's always a great experience.

It went great. Jenn helped us clear out a garage full of junk.

My wife and I both work a lot of hours and as I was told by my wife the males of our family don't clean to her standards. She also has a done a great job organizing my wife's immense shoe collection and my boys bedroom too. We've been very pleased with her and the quality of work she has done as well.

Jenn's great, I have her over every couple weeks to give the place a good going-over. She gets herself started and is either gone or finishing up by the time I get home and we've never had a problem. I usually forget it's her day until I walk in and smell that fresh lemon-y clean smell. Now that the baby is a bit more active and everything she picks up goes straight in her mouth I feel a lot better knowing it hasn't been forever since the floor had a good mopping. She has always behaved professionally and has demonstrated herself to be extremely trustworthy. The service is well worth the money as well, the OCD in her business name seems to be justly deserved.

She was amazing. Very open and honest and straight to the point.  It was refreshing to have someone who was a great detail cleaner come in and get my house back into the shape I wanted it in.  I now feel like I can entertain people at my house.

Jenn was amazing. She was professional, very personable, and sympathetic to our situation. Hoarding problems are embarrassing, even if it is your family and not the home in which you live, but Jenn never judged any of us or the house that she was cleaning. She took care of everything. She called the dumpster service and set it all up, she saved the items that were sentimental to the family, donated the item that were in good enough condition to donate, and pitched the rest.
Jenn made the transition into selling the house, easy. She never seemed inconvenienced with any of our requests. She put up with very warm weather conditions, rooms that had not been touched in years, and nosey neighbors that stopped her often just to chat.
We knew going into it that it was going to be a big job. Jenn said that she thought it would take a week or so to get it done, but finished in 6 days. Although we would never hope to meet under such circumstances again, our family would definitely hire
OC & D Cleaning again.
